Monday, June 22, 2009Here is an interesting turn of events for anyone who participated in a Work and Study Program and Work and Travel Program in USA in year 2006, 2007 and 2008. You need to get your US Taxes refund back.
If yourself or someone you knew participating in these programs but did not file the US Taxes in each particular taxes year which you worked in US. It is not too late to file US taxes to get your taxes refund back. Many students who have income in US ranging from f $1,500.00 to $10,000,as a low-income classification which do need to pay US Taxes. If you worked with US employers, US Employment Taxes has to withhold your taxes during the employment period, but you can claim these taxes as withholding and as a Tax refund. By filing Taxes on timely fashion per US Taxes Laws requirement. US Tax Law still allows you to file taxes of year 2006 up to April 15, 2010 in order to get refund. The more you wait, the less refund money you will get. . Even through 2006 and 2007, you can still do it, if you have W2 Form or last pay check. You can scan them and send along with your birth date and your occupation in US information for me. You should speak with a CPA or a tax professional to estimate how much you can get back.
